Aesthetic World Dental Laboratory is a fully digital, award winning dental laboratory based in Bolton. Our lab provides quality products to dental practices across the UK.

Aesthetic World Dental Laboratory provides quality implants, crowns, chromes, orthodontics and dentures to clinicians and partner labs throughout all of the UK, and further afield.

We provide lab-to-lab services to over 150 laboratories that use their milling, 3d printing and outsourcing services. We use the latest 5-axis milling technology and the best 3D printing machines in our CAD suite.

To ensure our clients receive the very best and most up-to-date products produced by our very experienced digital team, we were the first in the UK over 20 years ago to offer digital processes.

We are a Platinum approved Straumann Laboratory and are fully trained in many implant systems.

Zirconia is a great material of choice for all crown and bridge restorations. It has a similar strength to metal bonded restorations but aesthetically far superior.

All our metal free crowns are manufactured using only CE marked materials and all our precious metal crowns are provided with a precious metal identification card which guarantees authenticity.

Zirlux Acetal

Zirlux® Acetal is a millable resin with properties that closely mirror those of a natural tooth. It is a great material for minimally invasive dentistry. This can certainly increase patient acceptance of recommended treatment plans.
